Hello

I’m committed to developing people, not just players.
Through coaching, mentorship, and community programs, I work to support athletes and their parents by providing guidance, structure, and real opportunities that build confidence, character, and long-term success.

My Story

My journey didn’t start with a perfect plan. It started with a passion to help people grow.

I grew up learning the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance through sports. Basketball became more than a game—it became a classroom where I learned how to lead, how to compete, and how to keep going when things got tough. Those lessons shaped who I am today.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching, mentoring, and working with athletes, families, and communities. I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance at the right time can change a young person’s future. I’ve also seen how easily talent can be overlooked when opportunity is missing.

That’s why I created Just-A-Chance. This organization was built on a simple belief:
Everyone deserves an opportunity to succeed. Through training, mentorship, leadership development, and community programs, my mission is to help athletes build confidence, develop character, and prepare for life beyond the game. I believe success is not just measured by wins and losses, but by growth, resilience, and the ability to lead with integrity. Today, Just-A-Chance is more than a program.
It’s a platform for development, a support system for families, and a movement focused on creating opportunities where they may not have existed before.

My goal has always been the same—to help people become the best version of themselves.

And this is just the beginning.
