We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Just-A-Chance. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the concern and help make it right. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Custom, worn, washed, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
To keep your shirt or hoodie looking fresh, we recommend washing it inside out with cold water and like colors. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly over the design.
